User Experience Research
Everyone can create experiences, but to create an experience that matters, we need to understand the WHY behind it. I can help discover pain points, challenges, and motivations that your users are experiencing, and then identify opportunity spaces for your products or services.
Why me? - I am well versed in end-to-end qualitative research and have experience with both physical and digital products in various industries.
My design background allows me to create visual artifacts for each research project, which helps me dig deeper into the experience and encourage people to share the thoughts that are difficult to put into words and reveal valuable insights.

Design Thinking Workshop
It takes everyone on the team to create an experience that matters. I help build design thinking culture for companies through in-person and online classes. These workshops focus on hands-on practice with real-life problems. Each workshop is designed to meet the unique needs of your team.
Why me? - I don’t teach from books; I teach from experiences. I have used design thinking to solve problems for several businesses, and I understand the struggles people face when implementing design thinking. With that in mind, I design each workshop with the goal of minimizing those struggles and maximizing the impacts.

& Experience Strategist.
My background is in business, research, and design. I specialize in end-to-end products and services experience. I am adept at conducting user research, analyzing and visualizing data, developing strategies, and creating product/service requirements to solve profound user needs and achieve business goals.
I am passionate about how cultures and social norms influence people’s behaviors and their decision-making processes. I believe that we are the product of our environments and to truly understand any experience, we need to understand the context around it.
